Photo Coverage: Marcus Goldhaber Brings FREE AND EASY to The Metropolitan Room
In his first major Manhattan appearance since his heralded debut at "Broadway's supper club," 54 Below, in July, acclaimed NYC jazz vocalist-songwriter MARCUS GOLDHABER returned to encore his new show, "FREE & EASY: LIVIN' ON SWING STREET," at the Metropolitan Room last night and Broadwayworld was on the scene! Check out photos from the show below!
Goldhaber was joined by special guest vocalist Melissa Stylianou, Don Rebic on piano; Ritt Henn on bass, Marcello Pellitteri on drums, and Evan Schwam on saxaphone/flute
Hangin' his hat at the Metropolitan Room for an evening, Marcus Goldhaber took a stroll through a captivating collection of re-imagined jazz standards and new originals.
Meanwhile, "MOSTLY MARCUS," Goldhaber's much-buzzed-about "jazz duo" summer residency at Bar Thalia at Symphony Space, has been extended into the fall, with performances Sunday, Sept. and Sunday, Sept. 27. Two shows each evening at 7:00 and 8:30 p.m.
