John Gore, Owner and CEO of Key Brand
Entertainment Inc. announced today that Miles C. Wilkin has been named CEO of Broadway Across America and will assume the position immediately.

Broadway Across America is owned and operated by Key Brand Entertainment.

Mr. Wilkin, a pioneer of the theatrical touring industry in the United States, will be at the helm of Broadway Across America, the premiere producer and presenter of live theatrical events in the United States and Canada. Mr. Wilkin is one of the leading innovators in the international entertainment industry and has over 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry. Steve Winton, industry leader and BAA executive for 18 years, will continue on with the Company as President, reporting to the
new CEO.

Miles Wilkin has been a bellwether in the arena of live entertainment for
over 30 years. His acclaimed executive career began as President, CEO and
Founder of PACE Theatrical Group, Inc. where from 1982 - 1992 he created the
network that has become Broadway Across America, known today as the single
most significant component of North American touring theatre. He served as
the President and CEO of Pace Entertainment Company (parent company) from
1992-1996. PACE Theatrical Group was acquired and became SFX Theatrical
Group where he served as Chairman and CEO from 1996-2000. Clear Channel
Entertainment acquired this company in 2000 and Mr. Wilkin crossed the
Atlantic to become CEO of Clear Channel Entertainment Europe from 2000-2003
and returned to New York to serve as Executive Vice President of Clear
Channel Entertainment from October 2003 - September 2004 and COO from
September 2004 - September 2005. Mr. Wilkin received a Lifetime Achievement
Award from the League of American Theatres and Producers/The Broadway League
and has won six Tony Awards as a producer.

"Miles Wilkin is a visionary whose understanding of live theatrical
entertainment across the globe is unsurpassed. He designed the prototype as
we know it for presenting live theatre across North America. We are
extremely fortunate to have the original trailblazer back in the saddle,"
said John Gore, CEO of Key Brand Entertainment.

"What most excites me about this new position is that since I was last
involved with the company Broadway Across America has evolved, the very
nature of live theatrical entertainment has evolved and I have evolved. To
have the chance to revisit it with objectivity is a rare opportunity. Over
the past year since Key Brand acquired Broadway Across America, John Gore
and his team have reinvigorated this company and restored its ambition and
vitality. I look forward to continuing that vitality and to many rewarding
years ahead," said Mr. Wilkin.

"I am delighted Miles has chosen to join us as we continue to build and grow
our company into one of industry leadership and respect while maintaining
creative integrity and business success for the company and our partners
across the United States and Canada.," said Thomas B. McGrath, Owner and
Chairman of Key Brand Entertainment.
