Lynn Cohen, Lauren Flanigan, Tony Award-winner Cherry Jones, Ellen Lauren, Kelly Maurer and Debra Winger will take part in An Evening with Sarah Bernhardt. The event, a benefit for the Jewish Museum and the SITI Company, will be held at the Jewish Museum (1109 Fifth Avenue) on Monday, December 12th at 7:30 PM.

Directed by Anne Bogart, the famed director who is the founder of SITI, the evening will coincide with the Jewish Museum's exhibition, Sarah Bernhardt: The Art of High Drama, which will be presented from December 2nd through April 2nd. The benefit, which will feature readings and musical selections, will celebrate the legendary 19th- and early 20th century actress who was known as much for her flamboyant life style and love affairs as she was for her romantic acting and golden voice.

Those who attend the benefit will be able to see the exhibition an hour before the benefit, and a dinner with the artists will follow the performance. Sarah Bernhardt: The Art of High Drama will feature posters, costumes and other items, including a handkercheif of Bernhardt's that is now owned by Jones, who is currently starring in Doubt.

Tickets, which are $250, can be purchased by calling 212-423-3278.
