MORE ABOUT Florrie Bagel

Florrie Bagel is making her Feinstein's/54 Below solo debut with Through the Smoke. She's fresh from playing Peaches in Off Broadway's Jerry Springer the Opera as well as Me and My Girl, Brigadoon and The Golden Apple with City Center Encores! Most recently she had the opportunity to dive into a previously lost n' luscious Alan Jay Lerner jazz tune in Irish Repertory Theatre's production of On a Clear Day You Can See Forever. Before this Bagel started toasting in NYC, Florrie grew up in Maryland and got her professional start at Arlington VA's Signature Theatre. She appreciates the vibrance of the Washington DC/MD/VA theatre community and is grateful to have been immersed in it before she made a leap to New York. She treasures her adventures from across the country in the First National Tours of Sister Act (Sister Mary Patrick), Kinky Boots and The Kennedy Center's TYA production of Nobody's Perfect. In Through the Smoke, Florrie honors soulful star, Amy Winehouse and celebrates her artistry, intensity and true musicality beyond her years.
