Fashion Photo of the Day 12/11/13 - Michelle Dockery
Ahhhh it's Lady Mary!!! I mean, Michelle Dockery. Sorry, I forgot for a second there that Downton Abbey is not real (but whhhyyy!). Dockery has a lot to live up to in real life as she plays one of the most sought after and glamorous characters of the show. Lucky for us, she never ever disappoints when it comes to her real life fashion. This week's New York City cast photo call for season 4 is a perfect example!
Dockery brightened up the wintery weather in a pale pink Miu Miu dress. I love the delicate flower beading detail that goes all the way down the sleeves. I think it is so smart that she wore a dress that sort of echos her character with the beading and feminine sihouette, especially around the waist. But the short hemline and pleats keep the look fresh and modern. As always, her hair and makeup is simple and clean and all and all she looks amazing!
