Looking Through the Stained Glass Window is a witty and illuminating coming-of-age Harlem-based story that takes place during the AIDS epidemic and during the rise of Hip Hop in New York City. A one-woman theater workshop, the production features RENITA LEWIS as Crystal Waterman-a Black woman whose story portrays the cyclical effects of trauma and addiction and uses self-reflection and humor to do so.

EVIE RHODES is a new Black playwright who is best-known as a novelist. One of her more acclaimed books is "Expired." Rhodes will bring her popular, raw storytelling style to the stage in "Looking Through the Stained Glass Window." BIANCA LAVERNE JONES (who trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts/LAMDA) is the development director and Rhodes makes her directorial debut in theater.

Written by Evie Rhodes. Development Director Bianca LaVerne Jones | Starring Renita Lewis | Elle Green as Vocalist
