Dominique Fils-Aimé Unveils New Dates for 'The Sunshine World Tour'
She will kick off the festival season at High End Vienna on June 6.
Jazz vocalist Dominique Fils-Aimé has unveiled new dates for The Sunshine World Tour, including stops in Austria, Monaco, Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, the United States, and Canada.
The Two-time JUNO award-winning singer-songwriter will kick off the festival season at High End Vienna on June 6, before returning to her hometown for two sold-out shows as part of the Montreal International Jazz Festival on June 27 and 28. Tickets and more information are available here.
This concert series follows her previous world tour, which included more than 150 shows in 15 countries: 71 in Canada, 43 in Europe, 28 in the United States, 5 in Japan, 2 in Brazil, and 1 in Africa.
Fils-Aimé's music serves as a cross between jazz, soul, and blues, also exploring the emotional palette of African-American music. She has performed at Jazz à Vienne (where she opened for Jamie Cullum in July 2025), the 2025 North Sea Jazz Festival, the 2025 Jazzablanca Festival in Morocco, as well as her performances at the World Expo 2025 in Osaka, where she represented Canada.
In the fall of 2025, she also embarked on her first coast-to-coast U.S. tour, featuring concerts at the Blue Note New York, the Blue Note Los Angeles and the Monterey Jazz Festival. Live at the Montreal International Jazz Festival (2025), her first live album, was recorded on the festival's main stage in 2024.
In the summer and fall of 2026, Fils-Aimé will continue to bring her new album, My World Is the Sun, to the stage across an ongoing world tour, with highlights including a premiere at the Montreal International Jazz Festival and Elbjazz in Hamburg, Germany, this summer, followed by Jazz Alley in Seattle and Le Poisson Rouge in New York in September, among other dates.
