'DWTS' Scores Best-Since-Premiere Results in Viewers and Young Adults

With the final Monday telecast of "DWTS" this season and "The Good Doctor," ABC once again ranked as Monday's most watched broadcaster (10.3 million) and finished No. 1 with Adults 18-49 for the 3rd time in 4 weeks (1.7/6). ABC's "The Good Doctor" stood as Monday's No. 1 TV series in both Total Viewers (10.3 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.9/7), while "DWTS" (10.3 million) tied as Monday's top show in viewers with "The Good Doctor."

"Dancing with the Stars" (8:00-10:00 p.m. - 10.3 million and 1.4/5 in AD18-49):
From 8:00-10:00 p.m., ABC's Monday closer for "Dancing with the Stars" won its 2-hour time period with Total Viewers (10.3 million) and came within a best-of-season 3-tenths of "The Voice" in Adults 18-49 (1.4/5 vs. 1.7/6). "DWTS" drew its biggest audience and matched its best young adult rating since its season premiere - since 9/18/17.

"The Good Doctor" (10:00-11:00 p.m. - 10.3 million and 1.9/7 in AD18-49):
In the 10 o'clock hour, ABC's "The Good Doctor" outdelivered its combined drama competition, overshadowing NBC's "Brave" (4.7 million and 0.9/4) and CBS' "Scorpion" (5.0 million and 0.9/3) to rank as the No. 1 series in the hour for its 8th consecutive telecast with Total Viewers (10.3 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.9/7). "The Good Doctor" has delivered the Top 6 biggest Live + 7 Day lifts for any show this season in Total Viewers, adding +7.3 million viewers on average from L+SD to L+7.

Season to date through 8 complete weeks in Nielsen's Most Current data stream (includes available TV Playback), ABC's "The Good Doctor" is TV's most watched drama (over CBS' "NCIS" and NBC's "This Is Us") as well as the season's No. 1 10:00 p.m. series in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49. "The Good Doctor" is producing triple-digit time period improvement year to year for ABC on Monday at 10:00 p.m. in Total Viewers (+160%) and Adults 18-49 (+208%), delivering the biggest gains for any network in any hour this season.
