Brian D'Arcy James & SHREK Cast to Reunite at Broadway Sessions Tonight
BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano.
This Thursday, May 30, Broadway Sessions is thrilled to reunite cast members from the Broadway hit Shrek.
Shrek cast members scheduled to perform include Tony nominees Brian D'Arcy James and John Tartaglia alongside Ben Crawford, Ryan Duncan, Dennis Stowe, Heather Janes Rolff, Haven Burton, Denny Pashcall, Colleen Hawks, Jacob Ming Trent, Danette Holden, Rachel Stern, and Greg Reuter, who will also serve as co-host for the evening.
The evening will also feature performances by Rod Lawrence and pint size dynamo Emelia Duserick. Open Mic party follows the show til 2 am.
Broadway Sessions takes place every Thursday evening at The Laurie Beechman Theater inside The West Bank Café located at 407 west 42nd street (corner of 42nd street and 9th avenue). 212-695-6909.
