Atlantic Theater Company and the Atlantic Acting School Will Offer Director's Lab for the Actor This November
Atlantic Theater Company and the Atlantic Acting School have just announced that they will offer the Director's Lab for the Actor with Neil Pepe (Artistic Director) and Todd Thaler (Casting Director).
This lab offers a full weekend of exploring the creative process and the professional technique of working on plays. This Lab Intensive is for the serious working actor with prior training and performance experience who is ready to bring their work to the director's eye.
After being cast in their roles, participants will experience a table read with their director followed by rehearsal. In Friday's workshop participants will engage in a meet & greet plus a table read. Saturday is an immersive day spent in the rehearsal process being directed by Neil Pepe and culminates in a run through of workshopped scenes. Sunday rounds out the weekend with an intensive on-camera acting lab with Todd Thaler.
The Director's Lab for the Actor schedule is as follows:
Friday, November 16 6:30PM - 10PM
Saturday, November 17 9AM - 7PM
Sunday, November 18 1PM - 4PM
Tuition: $495
