ARE YOU MAD AT ME?? to Make Off-Broadway Debut at HERE Arts Center
Emmy winner Bryan Safi brings his solo comedy spiral Off-Broadway following Edinburgh Fringe and NYC runs.
The Emmy Award-winning actor, writer, and comedian Bryan Safi will make his Off-Broadway debut this summer with his solo comedy spiral, Are You Mad At Me??. After a run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and shows in both LA and New York, the spiral will continue Off-Broadway at HERE Arts Center beginning July 10, 2026 for a limited engagement through August 15, 2026.
In this hilarious and disarmingly honest solo show, Safi spirals through anxiety, awkwardness, people-pleasing, and the absurd emotional gymnastics of wanting desperately to be liked. A mix of stand-up, storytelling, music, and theatrical confession, Are You Mad at Me?? is for anyone who has ever overanalyzed a text message to the brink of collapse.
Are You Mad At Me?? is written and performed by Bryan Safi, and co-produced by Golden Globe nominee Jennifer Love Hewitt. Kevin Zak serves as Creative Consultant. Lighting design is by Nicholas Hussong. General Management is by Baseline Theatrical. Artwork is by Ben Wiseman, with photography by Robyn Von Swank.
The performance schedule is as follows: Monday at 7pm, Thursday at 7pm, Friday at 7pm, Saturday at 5pm and 8pm, and Sunday at 6:30pm. PLEASE NOTE: The performance on Friday, July 10 is at 8:30pm. There is only one performance on Saturday, July 11, beginning at 8:30pm. There is no performance on Thursday, July 16.
