Fox Cities P.A.C. Presents its Annual Distinguished Service Awards
The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center presented its Distinguished Service Awards on Saturday at the Center's annual Chairman's Dinner. The Distinguished Service Award recognizes individuals who provide outstanding service to the organization on a volunteer basis, helping the Center become an established part of the community and allowing it to reach new levels of success. The recipients of this year's award are Roger A. Gerard Ph.D., David Gitter and Steve Tyink. Their service will be recognized on a plaque displayed in the Fox Cities P.A.C.'s main lobby.
Roger A. Gerard Ph.D. began working with the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in 2005, applying his experience in executive and management development, process improvement and lean methodologies in strengthening businesses and organizations. He has worked diligently to develop board, staff and volunteer assessment tools for use by the Center, and he continues to volunteer his time at staff retreats and throughout the year as he works with department heads and senior management on professional development.
