These young men from Melbourne really know how to put on a show. Elixir, presented by Head First Acrobats, has been selling out to audiences, both here in Australia and overseas, winning many an award along the way. The show itself unfolds under the guise of three scientists testing differing elixirs of life and when they do, the effects are immediate and what incredible effects they are!

You will bear witness to extremely well choreographed and rehearsed acrobatic feats, put together with great lighting technique and loud pumping music which is perfect for Gluttony as it drowns out all outside noise.

This is not your ordinary acrobat show as Cal Harris (man bun), Thomas Gorham (pec dancer) and Rowan Thomas (clown) not only bring the stage to life with their strength, agility and phenomenal physical talent but all of this is infused with comedy and it is for this reason that this show is a stand out.

In the past, any circus or acrobatic acts that were death defying or performed at great heights were mostly accompanied with serious awe, whereas this show has you laughing at not only the great comic timing but also the young men's ability to improvise with the audience as they get up close and personal as the evening goes on.

Right from the start, the audience is brought into the magic by the performers stepping right off the stage and this intimacy continues throughout the entire show, sit in the front row and, trust me, you are never quite sure what you are going to get!

The night takes you from a zombie apocalypse through to incredible acrobatic acts as the fun never stops with this high energy performance including dance moves to crowd favourites such as thriller and there is even a mini drag queen show. There is nothing the three can't do so try and catch these guys before they leave town. They have shows on until the 18th of March, some starting just before midnight, so there is no excuse to not catch this vibrant and brilliant show.
