Final Guests Announced for Daniel and Laura Curtis Royal Albert Hall Concert
Cassie Compton (Wicked, Les Miserables), Katie Paine (We Will Rock You) and Ian Stroughair (Cats, Fame, Chicago, Rent) will be joining the array of performers coming together at the Royal Albert Hall's Elgar Room to sing the work of British composers, Daniel and Laura Curtis.
The Curtis' have just announced that they are commencing work on a second album and are offering the Royal Albert Hall audience the chance to hear some of the new material for the very first time in public.
The one night only concert will take place this Tuesday October 14th and features artists including Alexander Hanson (Stephen Ward, Jesus Christ Superstar), Rebecca Caine (Phantom Of The Opera), Chloe Hart (Hairspray, Wicked), Lucie Jones (X Factor), Charlotte Jaconelli (Britain's Got Talent) and many other special guests.
Critics describe the music of Daniel & Laura Curtis as "frequently stirring and soaring" (The Public Reviews) with some songs "which could slot into a Richard Rodgers musical".
The Curtis' first album, Love on 42nd Street featuring performers such as Lea Salonga, Samantha Barks, Sierra Boggess and Ramin Karimloo reached No.1 in the iTunes Vocal Chart and No.1 in the Amazon Broadway Chart.
