 Comedian/writer, former Miss New Jersey and married mother of three, Dena Blizzard stars in "One Funny Mother" from March 2 through March 12, 2017 at Bucks County Playhouse as part of their Visiting Artists Series. Her hilarious solo comedy show focuses on the trials and tribulations of motherhood and marriage. "One Funny Mother" is an Off Broadway hit currently touring the United States that was recently named "Best One Woman Show" at the 2015 United Solo Festival in New York City.

The Drama Book Shop welcomes acclaimed playwright Greg Pierce (Slowgirl, Her Requiem) and three-time Tony Award-winning composer John Kander (Chicago, Cabaret, Kiss of the Spiderwoman, The Visit) for a discussion with playwright and Drama Book Shop Events Manager Steven Carl McCasland (Little Wars) about their new musical, Kid Victory, opening at The Vineyard Theatre this month.

Brad Zimmerman's My Son the Waiter: A Jewish Tragedy is the story of one man's struggle to fulfill his dream and 'make it' as a comedic actor in New York. One part standup, one part theatrical, and all parts uproarious, My Son the Waiter: A Jewish Tragedy will open as part of the Visiting Artists Series at Bucks County Playhouse on March 23 and run through April 9.

The highly-acclaimed Eric Mintel Jazz Quartet (EMQ) returns to Bucks County Playhouse on Saturday. February 25, 2017 at 8 p.m. continuing the successful Visiting Artists Series at the Playhouse. Bucks County Playhouse will present the fall 2016 Visiting Artists Series. Entertainment events by guest performers ranging from music concerts to theater for young audiences will take place throughout September and October in the luxuriously renovated historic Bucks County Playhouse.

The rebirth of Bucks County Playhouse (BCP) was celebrated with over 300 guests at the Second Annual Galavant in the Garden on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at the magnificent 100-acre 18th century Hortulus Farm in Wrightstown, PA. There was a outstanding concert by the renowned Broadway and television star Megan Hilty. The gala is the premiere fall event of Bucks County complete with aperitifs, a moveable feast, live auction, Hilty's performance and a lavish dessert buffet.
