Hush the Musical, a production from Charles Mandracchia in association with the Frizzi & Lazzi Musical Theatre Company, has emerged as the Winner of the Mid-Winter Madness Theatre Festival after playing sold out shows at the Roy Arias Theatre in Times Square, NYC and returned for a sold out encore run at the world famous Triad Theatre NYC.

Pine Box Theater returns from a three-year hiatus with the world premiere of A GIRL WITH SUN IN HER EYES by Chicago writer Joshua Rollins, directed by Matt Miller and featuring Pine Box company members Audrey Francis and Vince Teninty with Karen Aldridge, Sean Parris, Steve Pickering and Lucy Sandy.

Jacqueline McLaren's new play SCOTTISH SPERM (Directed by Grant Kretchik) will debut in Edinburgh, Scotland August 5 at 18:40 at theSpace@Jury's Inn on 43 Jeffrey Street (Venue 260) and will run thru August 25th Monday- Saturday at 18:40.

Join award-winning playwright, Arlene Hutton author of Last Train to Nibroc and As It Is In Heaven, as she leads her popular 'Connections' Master Class at the Warner Theatre Center for Arts Education in Torrington on Saturday, July 16, from 4 - 5:15pm. The cost is $15. Students will participate in exercises on writing, the creative process, dialogue and structure. Stage Left Theatre announces the upcoming Chicago Premiere of Farragut North written by Beau Willimon and directed by Artistic Director Vance Smith. Farragut North is the first production of Stage Left's 30th season. Press opening is Thursday, September 7th at 8 PM, and the show runs through October 9th.
