Baz Bamingoye reports in today's UK Daily Mail that Tyne Daly, who led the Manhattan Theatre Club's Broadway production of Terrence McNally's Tony Award-winning MASTER CLASS, directed by Stephen Wadsworth which closed on September 4 at MTC's Samuel J. Friedman Theatre (261 West 47th Street) will bring her portrayal to London's West End in 2012.

The Tony Awards Administration Committee met today for the first time this season to decide the eligibility of 3 Broadway productions for the 2011 American Theatre Wing's Tony Awards®, presented by The Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing. The Tony Awards Administration Committee will meet a total of four times throughout the 2011-2012 season to decide the eligibility for the 2012 Tony Awards.
Jenny Allen, Eve Plumb, et al. Join Cast of LOVE, LOSS, AND WHAT I WORE in November

Producer Daryl Roth announced today that stand up comedian and writer Jenny Allen (I Got Sick Then I Got Better), TV and stage veteran Eve Plumb ('The Brady Bunch') and 'Gossip Girl' actress Amanda Setton will join the upcoming cast of the hit Off Broadway show Love, Loss, and What I Wore. They join current cast member Zuzanna Szadkowski ('Gossip Girl'), who will stay on for her fourth cast, and previously announced cast member Maddie Corman (Next Fall) in a run that begins Wednesday, November 2 through Sunday, December 4 at the Westside Theatre (407 West 43 Street).

Monica Cappuccini returned to the stage three and a half years ago after seventeen years away from acting. Now, she's mounting what she calls a dream role, the role of Maria Callas in Terrence McNally's play Master Class, playing now through November 6 at Hillbarn Theatre. Master Class recently had a Broadway Revival starring Tyne Daly in New York. The production received high praises from critics.

Paper Mill Playhouse (Mark S. Hoebee- Producing Artistic Director, Todd Schmidt-Managing Director) today announced the cast and creative team for its holiday musical, Irving Berlin's White Christmas. Irving Berlin's White Christmas will be directed by Marc Bruni, with choreography by Randy Skinner and musical direction by Steven Freeman. The cast features: James Clow (Bob Wallace), Tony Yazbeck (Phil Davis), Jill Paice (Betty Haynes), Meredith Patterson (Judy Haynes), Edward James Hyland (General Waverly) and Lorna Luft (Martha Watson).
