The Commercial Theater Institute's (CTI) annual three-day intensive training program, 'Producing for the Commercial Theatre' boasts an A-List faculty line-up. This unique program is designed to help foster the next generation of commercial theatre producers and is open to anyone interested in producing or co-producing on or Off-Broadway, on the road, or investing in commercial productions.

Tomorrow, Friday May 15, Waiting for Godot stars Nathan Lane and John Goodman will appear on ABC's 'Live with Regis and Kelly' and CBS' 'Late Show with David Letterman.' Tune in to watch Nathan Lane on 'Regis and Kelly' between 9:00AM-10:00AM on channel 7. John Goodman will be interviewed on 'Late Show with David Letterman,' between 11:35PM-12:35AM on channel 2.

Jill Paice (Curtains, The Woman in White, A Little Night Music) will join the cast of Alfred Hitchcock's THE 39 STEPS, Broadway's longest running comedy, on Tuesday, June 2. She will be playing the roles of Annabella Schmidt, Pamela and Margaret. Francesca Faridany will play her final performances in the roles on Sunday, May 31.

Roundabout Theatre Company's (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) limited engagement of Distracted will play its final performance on Sunday, May 17th at 2:00 PM. Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) is pleased to announce the extension of the New York premiere production of Distracted, by Lisa Loomer, directed by Mark Brokaw. Distracted opened on Wednesday, March 4th and has been extended to Sunday, May 17 th, 2009 at the Laura Pels Theatre at the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre (111 West 46th Street).

The Durst Organization and Bank of America have announced the completion of Henry Miller's Theatre on West 43rd Street in Times Square. The 1,055-seat house is located inside the new 55-story Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park and will be New York's first LEED-rated theater. The theater and the Bank of America Tower are an Empire State Development Corporation project and a joint venture of The Durst Organization Inc. and Bank of America, N.A.

After a 48 year absence, Bye Bye Birdie will return to Broadway this fall presented by Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) in a production starring John Stamos (Albert Peterson), Gina Gershon (Rose Alvarez), Bill Irwin (Mr. Harry MacAfee) and Jayne Houdyshell (Mrs. Mae Peterson). Directed & choreographed by Robert Longbottom, Bye Bye Birdie has a book by Michael Stewart, lyrics by Lee Adams and music by Charles Strouse. Roundabout is proud to welcome back three artists who have previously worked at the theatrical institution: John Stamos, Gina Gershon and Bill Irwin.
