Tony Award-winning ensemble member Frank Galati returns to the helm at Steppenwolf Theatre Company with his stage adaptation of The March, Pulitzer Prize-finalist E.L. Doctorow's novel about General William Tecumseh Sherman's Civil War march through Georgia.

Chicago's Steppenwolf THeatre Company has just announced their star-studded 2011-12 season which will feature the talents of CSI's William Petersen, Sally Murphy and John Mahoney. The suspects include a lecherous construction worker with a record and even the victim's boyfriend. Meanwhile, the 21-year-old son of a prominent defense attorney is murdered after hours in a Greek restaurant, and it looks to be an inside job, on 'Detroit 1-8-7,' TUESDAY, DECEMBER 28 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. Goodman Theatre announces the 12-member cast for Robert Fall's intimate new production of Anton Chekhov's The Seagull (rehearsals begin August 24, tickets go on sale August 13). This 19th century masterpiece is brought to life by a company including Francis Guinan (August: Osage County; The Grapes of Wrath) in his Goodman debut as the retired judge Peter Sorin and Mary Beth Fisher (Rock 'N' Roll; The Year of Magical Thinking) as his sister, Irina Arkadina, a beautiful, selfish actress.
