THE LATE SHOW WITH STEPHEN COLBERT averaged 3.15m viewers, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending August 18. THE LATE SHOW topped “The Tonight Show” by +770,000 viewers (3.15m vs. 2.38m, +32%), the program's second largest margin of victory, only trailing the week ending August 4 when THE LATE SHOW won by +900,000 viewers.
