The Young People's Chorus of New York City will hold its 2017 fundraising gala at Jazz at Lincoln Center, on Monday, March 6, at 7 p.m. YPC Artistic Director Francisco J. Nuñez and the chorus are excited to welcome special guests: Broadway stars Mandy Gonzalez (Angelica) from Hamilton and Alexandra Socha from Spring Awakening, plus Time for Three, a high-energy, genre-bending string trio that performs music from classical to bluegrass with mashups of everything in between.

Grammy Award-winning soprano Christine Brewer and St. Louis star Linda Kennedy will perform at the St. Louis Visionary Awards on Mon., April 24, at The Sun Theater in Grand Center (3625 Grandel Square). Brewer and Kennedy's performances will honor six local women who will be recognized for their numerous contributions and achievements to the arts.

The McCallum Theatre presents Jeffrey Siegel and Keyboard Conversations® in "The Miracle of Mozart" on Monday, January 23, at 7:00pm. In this special program, Mr. Siegel will be joined by the McCallum Theatre Chamber Orchestra, 36 of the best Los Angeles-based musicians. In addition to playing and speaking about Mozart and his music, Mr. Siegel will also conduct the Orchestra. The evening's program features two of Mozart's most-loved works, the C Major Concert, No. 21, K. 467 for Piano and Orchestra (Elvira Madigan) and the D Minor Concerto, No. 20, K.466 for Piano and Orchestra.

Internationally-renowned cellist Ralph Kirshbaum and pianist Shai Wosner release an all-Beethoven disc on the Onyx Classics label on December 9, 2016. The duo's album, which was recorded live in London's Wigmore Hall, consists of the complete Beethoven cello sonatas and variations, to be released as a two-disc set. Last season, Kirshbaum and Wosner performed Beethoven cycles extensively throughout the United States and Europe; the tour culminated with a performance of the complete cycle in London, recorded for Onyx Classics. Mr. Kirshbaum and Mr. Wosner continue their performances of Beethoven's complete works for cello and piano in March, with a two-concert series at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, followed by a performance with Chamber Music Sedona in Arizona.

Pacific Symphony's upcoming concert presents Spain's pre-eminent pianist Joaquin Achucarro, performing Grieg's sweepingly dramatic Piano Concerto. Sir Simon Rattle said: "There is something special with Joaquin Achucarro. On Today, October 27, 2016 at 7:30pm the Saint Thomas Choir of Men and Boys and Orchestra of St. Luke's present Haydn's The Creation oratorio in the opening concert of the 2016/17 season. Displaying Haydn's unfussy optimism, The Creation features some of the most memorable and life-enhancing music ever written. Soloists include soprano Ellie Dehn who sings the parts of Gabriel and Eve. Versatile tenor Thomas Cooley sings Uriel and bass Craig Phillips sings the parts of Raphael and Adam.
