According to TV Guide, Private Practice's upcoming season finale on January 22 on ABC will feature Addison Forbes Montgomery's (Kate Walsh) wedding to Jake Reilly (Benjamin Bratt). Plus, former Oceanside Wellness member Naomi (Audra McDonald) will return for the episode, along with Sam (Taye Diggs), and the rest of the gang.

ABC has officially announced that PRIVATE PRACTICE's series finale is set to air on Jan. 22. Shonda Rhimes' GREY'S ANATOMY spin-off, starring Kate Walsh, which has run for six seasons, will conclude with the episode entitled 'In Which We Say Goodbye.'

In a special episode of ABC's PRIVATE PRACTICE airing tonight titled 'The World According to Jake,' when Jake learns he will have to meet Henry's social worker, he worries about an incident from his past.
