CBS, the #1-rated network in daytime for 31 years, today announced season premiere dates for its entire Daytime Emmy Award-winning schedule for the 2018-2019 season. The full lineup was just recently honored with an industry-leading 20 Daytime Emmy Awards.

R&B Historian, Philanthropist Tyrone DuBose has been honored with the UView Media Honor Award by the UView Media Group. The award recognizes individuals who have contributed and dedicated part of their dream to their fields in music and entertainment. Raven-Symoné spills new details about the second season of “Raven's Home.” “We have Johnathan McDaniel, who actually played Raven Baxter's boyfriend, [Devon Carter], on “That's So Raven.” He's now my ex-husband, so he'll be back. And my dad comes back, Rondell Sheridan [Victor Baxter]. He doesn't say, 'Kapowie.' He tried to put that in there and we're like, 'Take that out.' We have some more amazing people.” She also shares that this season, “Booker, my son, is psychic and I'm psychic but we haven't told each other. So one of the first things we tackle in the new season is keeping secrets in the family [and] we have a musical episode, you guys!”

THE TALK returns live after a week of pre-taped episodes, and host Sara Gilbert reacts to the news of her show 'Roseanne' being canceled after star Roseanne posted a racist tweet last week. Gilbert says, 'In addition to my statement, I would like to say this has been a very difficult week. A lot of people have been hurt by this. I will say I'm proud of the show we made. This show has always been about diversity, love and inclusion. And it's sad to see it end in this way. I'm sad for the people who lost their jobs in the process. However, I do stand behind the decision ABC made.' Sheryl Underwood reacts, 'As a black woman who is a comedienne... I'm happy to see that it was done swiftly.' Lionel Richie visits 'The Talk' and reveals a 'wild' tale about writing 'We Are The World' with Michael Jackson at his house. 'Michael loved to collect animal and reptiles.... so right in the middle of writing this song. We were eating downstairs and there was this dog barking and we heard... 'shut up, shut up' so I said 'What's going on, Michael?' And he said, 'That's the bird having an argument with the dog.' Now it gets worse,' recalls Richie. 'I'm lying on the floor working on the lyrics to 'We Are The World' and I hear 'hssss'....'hssss' and I'm looking at Michael and all of a sudden I'm looking out the corner of my eye and the albums on the wall are falling down....and there's an albino python. And he goes, 'There he is Lionel, we found him, we found him. We knew he was in the room somewhere, Lionel. He wants to come out and play with you'...I was screaming like the last woman in a horror movie. I was screaming so loud.'

For the week ending Jan. 12, THE TALK scored its largest audience in over a year (since week ending Jan. 6, 2017), with an average of 2.85 million viewers. The Daytime Emmy Award-winning show is hosted by Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Sheryl Underwood and Eve, who officially joined the panel in November.

For the week ending Jan. 5, THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS (which just celebrated 29 consecutive years as daytime's #1 drama) delivered 4.82 million viewers, its largest weekly audience in a year (since the week of Jan. 6, 2017). The daytime series, currently in its 44th season, began its winning streak the week of Dec. 26, 1988.
