PALESTINE, a new play written and performed by Najla Saïd - an actress, writer and daughter of the late Palestinian-American scholar and activist Edward Saïd - has been extended for two weeks - now through April 3 - it has been announced by Sturgis Warner and Louis D. Moreno, co-artistic directors of the Twilight Theatre Company, which is presenting the world-premiere of the play in association with New York Theatre Workshop at the East 4th Street Theatre (83 E. 4 St.) in Manhattan.

The Triad and Lee Summers hosted the 'Just A Piano Open Mic Launch: A Benefit For Haiti' last night, January 31st. The 'Just A Piano' concept broadened for this series inviting singers to also bring accompanists or pre-recorded tracks, musical instruments or play on The Triad's recently refurbished baby grand. All proceeds from the event were donated to The Clinton Bush Haiti Fund and The American Red Cross.
