An all-star line-up of St. Louis musicians will donate their time and talent for 'St. Louis Musicians for Haiti', a one-night-only event, Tuesday, February 9 at 7:30 p.m. to benefit Doctors Without Borders' Haitian Earthquake Relief efforts. Hosted by Julius Hunter, the event will feature soul and R&B singer Brian Owens, folk group Mayor Taylor, the Bottoms Up Blues Gang, jazz pianist Peter Martin, jazz vocalist Mardra Thomas with husband Reggie Thomas on piano, and jazz, soul and R&B singer Kim Massie.

Famed director Jerry Zaks' film 'Who Do You Love' is set to open in theaters in Spring of 2010. 'Who Do You Love' is a biopic of the record producer Leonard Chess written by Peter Martin Wortmann and Robert Conte, and directed by Zaks. Leonard Chess was played by Alessandro Nivola and other cast included David Oyelowo. It was filmed in New Orleans in 2008, and premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival.

On November 14, elite members of the New Music Ensemble of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and American Conservatory Theater Master of Fine Arts Program students will collaborate for the first time to present Stravinsky's Soldier's Tale, a cautionary parable about a Russian soldier who makes a deal with the devil, trading his beloved fiddle and, unwittingly, his happiness, in exchange for a book that predicts the economic future.
