Sundance Institute announced today the films selected to screen in the out-of-competition Premieres and Documentary Premieres sections of the 2013 Sundance Film Festival, January 17-27 in Park City, Salt Lake City, Ogden and Sundance, Utah.

On the heels of its record-breaking 2012 Summer Season, Williamstown Theatre Festival payed tribute to Abe Burrows, the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning author and director, at its 2012 Benefit, lats night, November 18 at the Edison Ballroom. The evening featured performances by recent Williamstown Theatre Festival alumni David Hyde Pierce (director of last season's The Importance of Being Earnest), Steven Pasquale and Kelli O'Hara (WTF's Far From Heaven), Greg Naughton, Malcolm Gets (WTF's Ten Cents a Dance) and more. Bradley Cooper, best known for his appearances in Hollywood hits including 'The Hangover' series and 'Limitless,' may return to Broadway. The actor - who made his Broadway debut in 2006's THREE DAYS OF RAIN - starred as John Merrick in THE ELEPHANT MAN at Williamstown Theatre Festival this summer, and tells Entertainment Weekly this week that he still plans to reprise the role on the Great White Way.

The stars were out this week at 54 Below. Stars ranging from Hollywood's Bradley Cooper and Academy Award nominee Amy Irving to Tony Award winners Nathan Lane, Matthew Broderick, David Hyde Pierce, Betty Buckley, John Benjamin Hickey, Ron Rifkin, John Kander, Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman were in attendance for Victor Garber's final performance at the venue on August 20. Sarah RIce, who co-starred opposite Garber' as Johanna in the original Broadway cast of Sweeney Todd, also stopped backstage for a reunion. Earlier in the week, Academy Award nominee Patricia Clarkson and vocalist Tom Postilio came out for Hilary Kole's opening night.

Museum of the Moving Image Announces 'Looking for Love' Exhibition

With a distinctly personal voice in independent cinema, filmmaker Ira Sachs explores the universal themes of love and desire, beginning with his touching debut The Delta to his forthcoming feature Keep the Lights On. From August 25 through September 4, 2012, Museum of the Moving Image will present Looking for Love: The Films of Ira Sachs, the first comprehensive New York retrospective of Sachs's work that includes all of his feature films and a selection of short films, each followed by a Pinewood Dialogue with Sachs in person. The series culminates on Tuesday, September 4, with a preview screening of his latest feature Keep the Lights On.
