Ghostlight Records releases the album of the hit musical A BRONX TALE in digital formats today, Friday, March 24 with CDs in stores and online Friday, May 12. CDs will be available at the Longacre Theatre (220 West 48th Street), where the show is currently running, beginning mid-April. A BRONX TALE opens on Broadway tonight, December 1, at the Longacre Theatre (220 West 48th Street).

Casting is complete for LaunchingFWD : Season 2, the second annual sneak preview concert of new musicals in development offered by FWD Theatre Project, one of the most-watched new arts organizations in town. Last year's LaunchingFWD event (starring headliner and hometown superstar Jessie Mueller in her first Chicago appearance since winning the Tony Award for Beautiful) sold out the 320 seat main room at City Winery and required overflow seating; FWD hopes this year's event will be even more impressive.

On January 21, guests gathered at Drury Lane Theatre for the Opening Night of their newest production, Bye Bye Birdie, directed and choreographed by Tammy Mader. With a cast led by Michelle Aravena as Rosie, Matt Crowle as Conrad's agent, Albert, and Jason Michael Evans as Conrad Birdie, audiences were treated to a throwback of the classic 1950's musical, brought to life again by this energetic and lively ensemble of 31.
