The fourth annual 'Night Of A Thousand Judys' - presented by The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre - has announced a new round of stars, including Sierra Boggess (The Phantom of the Opera), Austin Scarlett ('Project Runway'), Karen Wyman (celebrated 60s pop singer), Alison Fraser (two-time Tony Award nominee), Jackie Hoffman (Hairspray) and Aaron Weinstein (acclaimed jazz violinist).

The Village Voice, the nation's largest alternative weekly newspaper, will hold the 59th Annual Obie Awards tonight, Monday, May 19, 2014, at Webster Hall in the East Village, 125 East 11th Street. The Obies will be co-hosted by the distinguished actress Tamara Tunie, whose many memorable stage performances include the lead in the Public Theater's Troilus and Cressida, while her film and television credits include Devil's Advocate, FLIGHT, City Hall, Snake Eyes, Eve's Bayou, The Caveman's Valentine, The Red Road, 'Law and Order: SVU', '24', 'Sex and The City', 'NYPD Blue'.

The network has just given the comedy pilot A TO Z, which hails from Warner Bros., Rashida Jones and Will McCormack, a series order. Ben Queen penned the script which chronicles the relationship between a young couple from the time they meet, to the time they break up.

The National YoungArts Foundation (YoungArts) congratulates the 50th class of U.S. Presidential Scholars, announced today by U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan. The 20 Scholars in the Arts, all 2014 YoungArts Winners, were nominated to The White House Commission on Presidential Scholars by YoungArts, and selected based on academic, civic and artistic achievement. The award, presented on behalf of the President of the United States, is the highest honor that can be bestowed upon an artistically talented graduating high school senior. Each year, up to 141 high school seniors are recognized as U.S. Presidential Scholars for their accomplishments.

Unorganized Crime, LLC announces that Tony Award-nominated actress Elizabeth Rodriguez (Broadway's The Motherf**ker With the Hat) will star opposite Academy Award-nominee Chazz Palminteri ( 'A Bronx Tale,' 'Bullets Over Broadway') in the world premiere play, Unorganized Crime, written by Kenny D'Aquila and directed by David Fofi. Unorganized Crime will now preview tonight, May 3 at 8pm; Sunday, May 4 at 7pm; Tuesday, May 6 and Wednesday, May 7 at 8pm and will open on Thursday, May 8 at 7pm and run through Saturday, May 31 at the Elephant Theatre, 1076 N.
