As the theatre season gets back into gear, BroadwayWorld.com tallies up some numbers that are quite impressive. Their biggest story to date has been an ongoing piece this summer titled 'What's on Your iPod?.' It boasts a host of theatre celebrities, singers and well-known industry professionals listing what they're listening to on their iPod. The New York Musical Theatre Festival and Reno Productions proudly present FEELING ELECTRIC as one of the featured productions of the 2005 New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF). Tony award winners Karen Ziemba and Donna McKechnie, Urinetown's Jeff McCarthy, City of Angels's Leslie Denniston, and Tony-nominated Lara Teeter will star in Barrington Stage Company's production of James Goldman's and Stephen Sondheim's masterpiece Follies. Broadway veteran Marni Nixon will also be featured. Artistic Director Julianne Boyd will direct and Lara Teeter will choreograph. Follies, presented in celebration of Sondheim's 75th birthday, will run from June 23 through July 16 at the Consolati Performing Arts Center, Sheffield, MA.

Last night, October 27, Career Transition For Dancers (CTFD) presented its 9th Annual Gala - GOTTA DANCE! A Dance Tribute to Hollywood at City Center. BroadwayWorld attended the gala as well as the dress rehearsal earlier in the day. The nostalgic evening honored and paid tribute to that wonderful era when some of the most superb in dance and choreography was immortalized on film.
