The Tony Awards® Administration Committee has announced today that Nick Scandalios, Executive Vice President of the Nederlander Organization, is this year's recipient of the Isabelle Stevenson Tony Award.

Tony and Grammy Award-winning performer Leslie Odom Jr. showcases his talents as a chart topping jazz vocalist and beautiful interpreter of song with an evening of jazz standards and surprises for an intimate evening on the Appel Room stage. The Tony Awards has just announced that this year's Special Tony Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Theatre will go to industry icons Andrew Lloyd Webber and Chita Rivera.

Stars in Concert was filmed over four nights at The Appel Room at Jazz at Lincoln Center. Each episode will air nationwide on PBS in four hour-long episodes on consecutive Fridays, starting with Sutton Foster on April 20, Leslie Odom Jr. on April 27, Stephanie J. Some of Broadway's brightest stars-Leslie Odom Jr., Andrew Rannells, Sutton Foster with special guest Jonathan Groff, and Stephanie J. Block-will headline four special performances as part of a new series, LIVE FROM LINCOLN CENTER Presents - Stars in Concert. Combining the intimacy of cabaret with Broadway panache, each evening will showcase one of these leading voices of musical theater illuminating their musical journeys to stardom, revisiting favorite songs, and delighting viewers with their versatility and captivating performances.

Led by Artistic Director Robert Battle, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater returns to Seattle's Paramount Theatre with three performances April 27-29, 2018. The Company will perform two Seattle premieres and a total of five works by a wide range of choreographers. Alvin Ailey's timeless and inspiring American masterpiece Revelations will provide the finale for all three programs, which will take place at 8pm on April 27-28 and at 2pm on April 29.

TDF, the not-for-profit organization dedicated to bringing the power of the performing arts to everyone, which is celebrating 50 years of service to audiences and the performing arts community in 2018, has announced it will be honoring Pulitzer and Tony Award-winning playwright TONY KUSHNER at its 50th Anniversary Gala on Monday, June 18 at Manhattan's historic Gotham Hall (1356 Broadway @ 36th Street, NYC). Mr. Kushner's masterwork, Angels in America, is currently receiving its first Broadway revival with the National Theatre production at the Neil Simon Theatre.
