No single word can adequately sum up Kaye Ballard and Liliane Montevecchi's one night appearance at the Lensic Performing Arts Center on August 8th.Their performance was engaging, entertaining, inspiring and uplifting, with a pace that never faltered and an array of talents guaranteed to keep the audience glued to their seats all the way through. In other words, it was a dose of good, old-fashioned entertainment.

Actor and comedian Eddie Izzard plans to run for Mayor of London in 2019, according to a report in The Mirror. 'People say, 'Well, you're a bit woolly' and 'You're really not informed'; 'You're not this' and 'You're not that,' Izzard said, 'But I realise those attacks are going to happen and you have to push through to get to a better place.'
