Grammy winner and Promises, Promises composer Burt Bacharach is hard at work on a new musical with the Tony-winning book writer and lyricist of Spring Awakening, Steven Slater, according to published reports. The pair are creating a stir in Italy with several new singles.

Rehearsals begin today, Monday, April 5 for the World Premiere production of PARADISE FOUND, a new musical under the combined direction of Theater legend and 21-time Tony Award winner Harold Prince (the original productions of Cabaret, Sweeney Todd, A Little Night Music, The Phantom of the Opera, Company, Follies, Evita) and 5-time Tony Award winner Susan Stroman (Crazy For You, Show Boat, The Producers, Contact). This is their first collaboration since the landmark, Tony Award-winning revival of Show Boat. Following the New York rehearsal period, the production will open at London's acclaimed Menier Chocolate Factory with performances running May 19 through June 26.

Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber will join the cast of the hit television show GLEE for a performance at the annual White House Easter Egg Roll on Monday, April 5th. The musical performances will be available for a live online broadcast at www.whitehouse.gov/eastereggroll.

GLEE stars Cory Monteith (Finn Hudson) and Dianna Argon (Quinn Fabray) recently teamed up with Gossip Girl actress Jessica Szohr (Vanessa Abrams) for an ad campaign for clothing brand 'Op.' Nickelodeon's 23rd Annual Kids' Choice Awards (KCAs) hosted by Kevin James slimed its way to stand as the second biggest KCAs ever in the show's 23-year history, averaging 7.6 million total viewers (P2+) on Saturday, March 27, (8-9:30 p.m. ET/PT). With kids, the live telecast scored 10.5/3.7 million K2-11.

Zap2it.com is reporting that select cities around the country will be hosting pre-screenings of the GLEE premiere prior to its mass broadcast on Fox on April 13.
