Mid-Michigan's award winning professional theatre company, Williamston Theatre, located at 122 S. Putnam Street in downtown Williamston, is collaborating with the MSU Department of Theatre on their upcoming production, The Nerd by Larry Shue.  Performances begin Thursday, November 17 and run through Sunday, December 18.  Tickets are now on sale.

The Williamston Theatre has been awarded a grant from the Capital Region Community Foundation to support its capital improvement plans for the 2015-2016 season.

It was yet another Wilde night at West Bloomfield's Berman Center for the Performing Arts, as Michigan's professional theater community gathered for The 14th Annual Wilde Awards presented by EncoreMichigan.com. Established in 2002, The 2015 Wilde Awards honored the best productions, performances and technical accomplishments of the recently concluded 2014-15 season.

The Williamston Theatre has been awarded a grant from the Ingham County Hotel/Motel Grant Fund in support of its marketing initiatives to out-of-county residents.

On Saturday, August 9, 2014, the Williamston Theatre reached a milestone when it sold its 10,000th ticket in a single season for the first time since opening in 2006. In total, 65,425 people have attended regular performances at the Williamston Theatre since 2006.

After a short reorganizational hiatus, Performance Network Theatre is back with a new 2014-2015 Season. Tickets will go on sale August 4th and all current subscriptions will be honored.

Gurney play Love Letters tonight, July 28 at 7pm. The reading will feature John Lepard and Emily Sutton-Smith and will be directed by Williamston Theatre's Artistic Director, Tony Caselli.
