PBS announced today its slate of Winter/Spring 2014 programs, including the long-awaited return of MASTERPIECE 'Sherlock, Season 3'

RETURN TO DOWNTON ABBEY premieres Sunday, December 1, 2013 at 9:00 p.m. ET on PBS (check local listings).

Television's biggest night took place in Century Park, CA this Saturday, September 21 st, where the entertainment industry came together for the seventh annual 'Evening Before' party, benefitting the MPTF (Motion Picture & Television Fund).

Broadway veteran and BOARDWALK EMPIRE star Bobby Cannavale took home this year's Emmy for OUTSTANDING SUPPORTING ACTOR IN A DRAMA SERIES.

Cannavale beat out Jonathan Banks on Breaking Bad, Jim Carter on Downton Abbey, Peter Dinklage on Game of Thrones, Mandy Patinkin on Homeland and Aaron Paul on Breaking Bad.

At the DOWNTON ABBEY press launch this week, Dame Kiri Te Kanawa told reporters she is thrilled to be part of the historical drama series which airs on the UK's ITV and PBS in the U.S.

NBC received 53 Primetime Emmy Award nominations Thursday morning, tying for the most of any broadcast network.
