The Public Theater (Artistic Director, Oskar Eustis; Executive Director, Patrick Willingham) announced additional casting today for the 2013 season of free Shakespeare in the Park at the Delacorte. This summer, all performances for THE COMEDY OF ERRORS and LOVE'S LABOUR'S LOST, A NEW MUSICAL will begin at 8:30 p.m. with running times of approximately 90 minutes, no intermission.

Shalita Grant recently nabbed a Tony nomination for her Broadway debut in Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike, Grant's Off-Broadway credits include Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike (LCT); The Philanderer (Pearl Theatre); Measure for Measure,The Winter's Tale, The Merchant of Venice (The Public Theater) and Roxy Font (FringeNYC). On film she has appeared in Empire Corner, Invisible and Rehearsing a Dream and guest starred on the CBS drama series The Good Wife.

Second Stage Theatre's Spring Gala celebration honored The Peter Jay Sharp Foundation, which has been an ongoing supporter of New York City arts and Second Stage Theatre for many years, as well as playwright and filmmaker Paul Weitz, whose plays Privilege, Show People, Trust, and Lonely, I'm Nothave all premiered with the off-Broadway company. The evening will also celebrate the first ten years of Second Stage Uptown and its curator, Christopher Burney, which has become an incubator for many theatre artists in the past decade. The gala was held last night, May 20, 2013 at Best Buy Theatre, 1515 Broadway at 44th street.

Ars Nova (Jason Eagan, Artistic Director; Jeremy Blocker, Managing Director) has announced its 10th Anniversary Celebration, a benefit to support Ars Nova?s extensive artistic development initiatives and programming, hosted by Celia Keenan-Bolger. The Public Theater (Artistic Director, Oskar Eustis; Executive Director, Patrick Willingham) will begin previews onTuesday, May 28 for THE COMEDY OF ERRORS, the first show of The Public's 2013 season of free Shakespeare in the Park at the Delacorte. Directed by Daniel Sullivan, THE COMEDY OF ERRORS will feature Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Hamish Linklater as Dromio and Antipholus respectively and will run through Sunday, June 30.

New series for the 2013-14 season are "Back in the Game," "Betrayal," "The Goldbergs," "Killer Women," "Lucky 7," "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," "Mind Games," "Mixology," "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland," "Resurrection," "Super Fun Night," "Trophy Wife" and new alternative series "The Quest."
