Outdoor summer entertainment venue Music by the Lake, presented by George Williams College of Aurora University, announces its 15th annual season presenting six artist debuts and a range of musical genres and shows, including American classics, jazz, contemporary rock, comedy for families, pop and classic rock. The season, which includes weekend events from June 27 through August 8, features performances for all generations to enjoy.

Celebrating the release of SING YOU TO SLEEP, Anika Larsen made her solo concert debut at Birdland on Monday, March 23. Joined by her BEAUTIFUL castmates Jessie Mueller and Jarrod Spector and her XANADU castmate Kenita Miller, Larsen's set featured songs from her album and thematically appropriate solos that featured her guests' talents too. Thus, the evening was the perfect night cap to an otherwise manic Monday.

It's just been announced that DMI Records (Tena Clark, Founder and CEO; Kevin Gore, President and COO) will produce the new Broadway Cast Recording of Gigi, the Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe Oscar® and Tony Award-winning musical comedy. The recording will be produced and engineered by six-time Grammy Award winner Frank Filipetti. The cast of Gigi will go into the studio tomorrow, Sunday, March 22 to record the album, which is slated for a June release.
