Lanford Wilson's Balm in Gilead, directed by Gioia Marchese, is a fast paced, heart stopping New York story! Lanford Wilson's acclaimed first full length play Balm in Gilead will run October 1st to October 11th, 2009 in a limited 2 week run at 303 Bond Street, resident space of Company XIV, between Union & Sackett in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. Previews begin Oct 1st for an October 3rd opening.

The Watermark Ensemble will present a staged reading of Yorktown by Roberts Manns, on Monday, September 21st @ 7pm at the Theatre at St. Luke's (308 West 46th Street). Directing the reading will be Eric C. Dente, Ensemble Director.

Manhattan Movement & Arts Center (MMAC) presented the world premiere of Freckleface Strawberry the Musical. The show is an adaptation of the best-selling children's book written by award winning actress Julianne Moore. MMAC Productions, located on the Upper West Side, debuted the musical on July 1st for a two-day workshop run. The first of many MMAC productions, Freckleface is about childhood, acceptance and friendship. The producers will announce a commercial run in the upcoming weeks.

Roundabout Theatre Company's limited engagement of The Ritz will play its final performance on Sunday, December 9 at 2PM. This revival of Terrence McNally's comedy The Ritz stars Rosie Perez (as Googie Gomez) and Kevin Chamberlin (as Gaetano Proclo) and is directed by Joe Mantello at Studio 54

Roundabout Theatre Company is thrilled to announce a one-week extension of the acclaimed new Broadway production of The Ritz now through Sunday, December 9.

The Ritz officially opened on Thursday, October 11 on Broadway at Studio 54 (254 West 54th St) where it will play a limited engagement through December 2, 2007.
