Titan Theatre Company Announces Cast of JULIUS CAESAR

Titan Theatre Company Artistic Director Lenny Banovez and Producer Kevin Beebee announced today the concept, full cast and creative team for Titan Theatre Company's ambitious new production of Julius Caesar, Shakespeare's brilliant political drama. Performances begin at Queens Theatre in Flushing Meadows Park on March 25th, 2016 and will run through April 10, 2016. 

BEDLAM Extends SENSE & SENSIBILITY at The Gym at Judson

BEDLAM has announced a five-week extension of its critically acclaimed production of Jane Austen's SENSE & SENSIBILITY, adapted for the stage by Kate Hamill. SENSE & SENSIBILITY opens Thursday, February 4, 2016, at 7pm, at THE GYM AT JUDSON (243 Thompson Street) and will now play through Sunday, April 10, 2016.

Eric Tucker to Direct NYC Premiere of DEAD DOG PARK at 59E59 Theaters

59E59 Theaters will welcome the NYC premiere of DEAD DOG PARK, written by Barry Malawer and directed by Eric Tucker. Produced by Boz and the Bard Productions, Inc. & Bedlam, DEAD DOG PARK begins performances on Thursday, February 11 for a limited engagement through Sunday, March 6.  Press opening is Sunday, February 28 at 7:15 PM.  The performance schedule is Tuesday - Thursday at 7:15 PM; Friday at 8:15 PM; Saturday at 2:15 PM & 8:15 PM; and Sunday at 3:15 PM & 7:15 PM. Performances are at 59E59 Theaters (59 East 59th Street, between Park and Madison Avenues). Tickets are $35 ($24.50 for 59E59 Members). Shakespeare & Company has announced its lineup for the 2016 summer season, which includes three Shakespeare plays: The Merchant of Venice, The Two Gentlemen of Verona and Twelfth Night, plus the Regional Premieres of Or, by Liz Duffy Adams, and Lauren Gunderson's The Taming. Additional titles include Ugly Lies the Bone by Lindsey Ferrentino a bracing drama fresh from an acclaimed Off-Broadway production, Sotto Voce by Pulitzer Prize winner Nilo Cruz, and the return of Stephan Wolfert in Cry 'Havoc!'

Shuler Hensley & More Set for Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival's Reading Series

The Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival's popular reading series, HVSF2, curated by Christine Scarfuto, will highlight the work of some of America's most celebrated playwrights. Members of the HVSF acting company will be featured in the readings along with several renowned stage and film actors. Readings will take place at The Depot Theatre in Garrison on August 5, 7, 12, and 20. All Readings begin at 7:30pm.
