This Wednesday, October 6th, Broadway veteran Nathan Lane guest starred on ABC's Modern Family as Pepper, the flamboyant friend of Mitchell (played by Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cameron (played by Eric Stonestreet). Watch the full episode below!

GLSEN, the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network, will honor the hit ABC show 'Modern Family' at the Respect Awards - Los Angeles, Presented by Centropolis Entertainment, on October 8 at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Also being honored are Out & Equal Workplace Advocates and the GLSEN Educator of the Year, presented by Sodexo.

Modern Family star Julie Bowen has suggested to TV Guide that a musical episode of Modern Family could be in the show's near future, given the talent. She says, 'Sarah Hyland (who plays Haley)... was on Broadway in Annie... and Ariel [Winter can sing too]...Eric, Ty, Jesse [and] Sofia [can all sing].'
