Screen Actors Guild Foundation and Broadway World have partnered for filmed Conversations Q&A series to recognize and celebrate the vibrant theatre community in New York City and the union actors who aspire to have a career on the stage and screen. The most recent conversation featured stage and screen legend Stockard Channing, moderated by BroadwayWorld's Richard Ridge. The Northwest Actors Lab and Bainbridge Performing Arts join forces in January to present the 5th Annual ONE ACT FESTIVAL. Dinah Manoff and Northwest Actors Lab present the 2014 One Act Fest, running today, February 7 - 9, Friday & Saturday at 7:30 and Sunday at 3:00 p.m., plus a Pay-What-You-Can-Preview on Thursday, February 6 at 7:30 p.m. All performances take place at Bainbridge Performing Arts.

Embrace the magic of live theatre...at BPA Theatre School. Fall registration is now underway for Pre-K through adult students. BPA Theatre School has a long history of providing quality performing arts education with experienced teaching artists and staff. This fall, we're pleased to offer the return of Imagination Station and Beginning Broadway for our youngest students. Creative Drama and Youth Production I will be available for Grades 1 - 2 and Grades 2 - 4, respectively. We'll offer a new Group Voice Class for Grades 4 - 8 and bring back Youth Production II, Dance for Theatre II, and Acting II for Grades 5 - 8.

Upon its premiere at the Mark Taper Forum in 1979, I Ought To Be in Pictures was clearly Neil Simon in a new light. There were less laugh-out-loud one-liners and more meaningful dialogue dealing with tattered relationships in a realistic, true-to-life manner. Mind you, he had not yet reached the level of sophistication of the Brighton Beach trilogy and Lost in Yonkers, but it was definitely a step in that direction, employing autobiographical as opposed to fictional elements as plot. With the anticipation of the holiday season steadily approaching, ABC Family launches the thirteenth year of its must see '25 Days of Christmas' event featuring over 200 hours of holiday-themed entertainment for the whole family from December 1-25 - the biggest cable programming event of the year. Viewers will celebrate the season with an all-new original movie, specials and, of course, the return of Christmas favorites during primetime as well as a full week of all day holiday programming from Saturday, December 18 - Saturday, December 25.
