Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) announced New York premiere of Lisa Loomer's Distracted, directed by Mark Brokaw with Cynthia Nixon as 'Mama.' Distracted will begin performances in February 2009 at the Laura Pels Theatre at the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre (111 West 46th Street). This will be a limited engagement.

Roundabout Theatre Company's Off-Broadway production of Crimes of the Heart held its originally-scheduled press opening night on Thursday, February 7 at the Laura Pels Theatre at the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre (111 West 46th). However, the production has rescheduled its opening night to Thursday, February 14. The one-week delay is due to an injury Lily Rabe sustained during rehearsal which caused her to miss a week of preview performances.

James Bundy, Artistic Director of Yale Repertory Theatre, has announced a major change in the performance schedule for the theater's next production, Moliere's Tartuffe, or the Imposter. Originally scheduled to begin performances on November 26, the production will now begin on Monday, December 3.

Her new show 'Let's Get It On' - featuring pop and soul numbers by artists such as Marc Cohn, Bob Dylan and India Arie - will run for two nights only, Sunday, November 11 and Monday, November 12.
