American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) begins performances of the world premiere production of Wild Swans, the first stage version of Jung Chang's astonishing personal memoir, in a majorinternational collaboration with the Young Vic and Actors Touring Company.

Tickets go on sale tomorrow, Saturday January 21, to the general public for William Shatner's Broadway show SHATNER'S WORLD: WE JUST LIVE IN IT at www.telecharge.com. Producers also announced the show's creative team and student ticket policy.

New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) Artistic Director James C. Nicola and Managing Director William Russo have announced that the New York premiere of An Iliad, by Denis O'Hare and Lisa Peterson, based on Homer's Iliad translated by Robert Fagles, directed by Ms. Peterson, will begin performances on Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at NYTW, 79 East 4 Street, between Bowery and Second Avenue. Mr. O'Hare and Stephen Spinella will alternate performances of the play. Opening nights are Tuesday, March 6, 2012 (Mr. O'Hare) and Wednesday, March 7, 2012 (Mr. Spinella).

According to the Hollywoodreporter.com, Director Stephen Daldry will be honored with an award for 'Director of the Year' at this year's Palm Springs Film Festival for his latest film, 'Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close'. The three-time Oscar nominee will receive his honor at a gala event taking place on January 7, 2012.

After nearly 100 productions of the play around the world, including two by the Royal Court Theatre in London, Soho Rep and The Play Company, in association with John Adrian Selzer, will present the New York premiere February 1-26, 2012.

Vienna's English Theatre will present A Showtime Youth Ensemble Production of Top Girls by Caryl Churchill on 14th Jan. 2012 at 14:30 & 15th Jan. 2012 at 19:00.

The Public Lab Thursday Night Speaker Series for TITUS ANDRONICUS will be held following the Thursday, December 8 and Thursday, December 15 performances and consist of engaging conversations with notable panelists.
