Kia NBA Countdown, the NBA pregame show airing on both ESPN and ABC, will originate from the ESPN Los Angeles Production Center at L.A. LIVE - across the street from STAPLES Center, home of the Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers - beginning Christmas Day, Sunday, Dec. 25, at 2 p.m. ET.

VH1 has picked up docu-series 'La La's Full Court Life' for a second season. The next season will continue to follow actress and TV personality La La Anthony and her husband, NBA Forward Carmelo Anthony, as they adjust to living in the spotlight in New York City following his trade from the Denver Nuggets to the New York Knicks.

In addition to a lauded career as a singer and actress, Midler has made her first foray into Broadway producing with PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT, currently playing on Broadway at the Palace Theatre. The Metropolitan Museum of Art's second Multicultural Benefit, 'An Evening of Many Cultures,' will take place on September 26, 2011. Among the honorees will be Samuel L. Jackson, soon to appear on Broadway as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and LaTanya Richardson Jackson; and Academy Award-winning actor Robert De Niro and Grace Hightower De Niro. This black-tie gala is the signature event in celebration of the Museum's Multicultural Audience Development Initiative (MADI), founded in 1998.
