Broadway star CAPATHIA JENKINS (CAROLINE, OR CHANGE, THE CIVIL WAR, THE LOOK OF LOVE) and award-winning composer LOUIS ROSEN join forces March 20 and 27 at Joe's Pub for a new musical evening called 'PHENOMENAL WOMAN,' celebrating the poetry of Maya Angelou.

CAPATHIA JENKINS, who recently played The Washing Machine in the Tony-nominated Broadway musical CAROLINE, OR CHANGE and has also received raves for her roles in THE CIVIL WAR and THE LOOK OF LOVE, will join award-winning composer LOUIS ROSEN for a new musical evening called 'PHENOMENAL WOMAN,' celebrating the poetry of Maya Angelou.

A seminal event is happening right now in LA, and it's the West Coast premiere of the Kusher/Tesori musical, 'Caroline, or Change.'

CAROLINE, OR CHANGE, the new musical by playwright-librettist Tony Kushner and composer Jeanine Tesori, directed by George C. Wolfe, will play its final performance at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre on Sunday, August 29th at 3pm. The production will have played 23 previews and 136 regular performances.
