Broadway In Chicago and the producers of the new musical THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards® including Best Musical, announced today the addition of more seats for THE BOOK OF MORMON at the Bank of America Theatre (18 West Monroe). Individual tickets for added weeks go on-sale Friday, Sep. 21, 2012 at 10 a.m., for performances through June 2, 2013.

Tony Award-winning composer of the Broadway musical In the Heights Lin-Manuel Miranda has tackled a new beast with his latest project, Bring It On: The Musical. The show is now playing on Broadway at the St. James Theatre after a nationwide tour. The National Tour of THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, will play in Atlanta as part of the Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Atlanta 2013-2014 season.

Universal Pictures Stage Productions/ Glenn Ross, Beacon Communications/ Armyan Bernstein and Charlie Lyons and Executive Producers Kristin Caskey and Mike Isaacson have announced a 15-week extension to the limited engagement of Bring It On: The Musical at Broadway's St. James Theatre (246 W. 44thStreet). The show, which was scheduled to close on Sunday, October 7, 2012, will now play its final performance on Sunday, January 20, 2013.

Young Hollywood (hosted by Lesley Robins) went backstage to Broadway's production of the classic Gershwin musical NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT with Jeff Schecter, who plays Floyd. Two-time Tony Award winner Judy Kaye, currently starring in the Tony-winning hit musical comedy NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT, will sing the national anthem at Citi Field on Thursday, August 9th for the New York Mets game against the Miami Marlins at 12 p.m. NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT, featuring music and lyrics by George Gershwin and Ira Gershwin and a book by two-time Tony Award-winner Joe DiPietro, stars Matthew Broderick and four time Tony Award nominee Kelli O'Hara. The production is directed and choreographed by three-time Tony Award-winner Kathleen Marshall. The production is now playing at Broadway's Imperial Theatre (249 West 45th Street).

THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, has announced a lottery ticket policy for the National Tour, which launches August 14 at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House in Denver and plays a limited engagement through September 2. In Denver, the production will make 24 tickets available for all performances at $25 apiece.

Additional casting has been announced for the upcoming national tour of Roundabout Theatre Company's ANYTHING GOES, the new Broadway revival of Cole Porter's timeless classic musical theatre masterpiece, which will make its Cleveland premiere October 2, 2012 at PlayhouseSquare as part of the KeyBank Broadway Series. Previously announced actress Rachel York will star as Reno Sweeney and Fred Applegate will star as Moonface Martin. The principal cast also includes Erich Bergen as Billy Crocker, Jeff Brooks as Purser, Joyce Chittick as Erma, Alex Finke as Hope Harcourt, Dennis Kelly as Elisha Whitney, Vincent Rodriguez III as Luke, Marcus Shane as John, Sandra Shipley as Mrs. Evangeline Harcourt, Edward Staudenmayer as Sir Evelyn Oakleigh, and Chuck Wagner as Captain.

The national tour of The Book of Mormon, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, will play Columbus as part of the Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Columbus 2013-14 season. Patrons can secure tickets to The Book of Mormon by subscribing to the Broadway in Columbus 2012-13 season. When renewing in 2013-14, subscribers are guaranteed the same seats and will therefore lock in tickets to the Columbus premiere engagement of The Book of Mormon.

In its place for the Mirvish subscription season, the tour of ANYTHING GOES - featuring Rachel York as Reno Sweeney - will play a limited engagement next summer from July 16 to August 18.

The producers of the Tony-winning hit musical comedy NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT just announced that Will Chase (NBC's "Smash") will take on the role of Jimmy Winter from Tuesday, August 21st to Sunday, August 26th only while two-time Tony Award winner Matthew Broderick is on vacation. Broderick returns to the show full time on Tuesday, August 28th.

New casting and additional dates have been announced for the international tour of Green Day's AMERICAN IDIOT, the two-time Tony Award®-winning Broadway hit. Alex Nee will star as Johnny, along with Thomas Hettrick as Tunny, Casey O'Farrell as Will, Alyssa DiPalma as Whatsername, Jenna Rubaii as The Extraordinary Girl, Kennedy Caughell as Heather and Trent Saunders as St. Jimmy.
