It's the No. 1 longest-running American musical in Broadway history. It's now in its 17th record-breaking year on the Great White Way. It's been seen in over 30 countries and in 12 different languages worldwide since 1996. It's currently playing to packed houses in cities across the country in its newly-launched 15th national touring production. And on Tuesday, September 24, the Tony Award-winning stage musical sensation CHICAGO will celebrate another extraordinary milestone with its 7,000th performance on Broadway.

MSG Entertainment (MSGE) announces the launch of a brand new, New York City themed, live theatrical production at Radio City Music Hall, entitled Heart and Lights, which stars the Rockettes in a way that audiences have never seen them before. The limited five week engagement begins previews March 27, 2014 and opens April 3 through May 4, 2014. Heart and Lights celebrates the vibrant, infectious energy of New York City as seen through the eyes of two cousins, who discover their grandmother's surprising past by uncovering the secrets of the city she loved. Tickets go on-sale October 10, 2013.

Mikhail Baryshnikov serves as the Honorary Chairman for Uptown Downtown, a special one-night-only extravaganza to benefit the Abrons Arts Center on October 14. Bringing together the brightest lights of New York City's uptown and downtown performance scenes, the evening will feature Kyle Abraham, Joey Arias, Jack Ferver + James Whiteside, Ellen Greene, Robert La Fosse, Bebe Neuwirth, Philippe Petit, and other special guests. The producers of the 2013 Tony Award winning Best Revival of a Musical PIPPIN have announcedthat a new block of tickets have gone on sale and seats are now available for purchase through August 31, 2014. Roger O. Hirson and Stephen Schwartz's PIPPIN is directed by Tony Award winner Diane Paulus and features choreography by Tony Award nominee Chet Walker in the style of Bob Fosse and circus creation by Gypsy Snider of the Montreal-based circus company Les 7 doigts de la main (also known as 7 Fingers). PIPPIN is now playing at the Music Box Theatre (239 West 45th Street).

As rumored since she took over briefly while Andrea Martin was on vacation, the producers of the Tony Award winning PIPPIN have just announced that four-time Tony Award nominee Tovah Feldshuh (Irena's Vow, Golda's Balcony) will assume the role of "Berthe" in the production beginning on Tuesday, September 24th. Two-time Tony Award winner Andrea Martin will play her final performance in the role on Sunday, September 22nd. Feldshuh previously played "Berthe" during Martin's vacation. PIPPIN is now playing at the Music Box Theatre (239 West 45thStreet).
