Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts ('The Wallis') announces theater icon Barbara Cook for a single performance tonight, March 10, 2015 at 8:00 pm in the Bram Goldsmith Theater. This event completes The Wallis' concert series of Broadway legends, which also features Patti LuPone (two sold-out performances on February 12 and 13) and Betty Buckley (January 24).

Making their 54 Below debuts together, Emily Padgett and Erin Davie crafted a cabaret show that was filled with humor and heart. Singing duets and solo numbers, the lovely ladies who played Violet and Daisy Hilton in this season's Broadway revival of Side Show at the St. James Theatre skillfully entertained the dinner time crowd and left us looking forward to the next time they tread the boards on the Great White Way.

Following her critically-acclaimed Drama Desk nominated performance in Horton Foote's 'The Old Friends' with the Signature Theatre Company and again with the prestigious Alley Theater in Houston, legendary Broadway star and 2012 Theater Hall of Fame inductee Betty Buckley returns to New York in May to offer her Song Interpretation & Monologue Master Class at T. Schreiber Studio, one of the foremost professional theatre studios in New York City. Established in 1969, T. Schreiber has been a home and training ground for many artists who have gone on to successful careers in theatre, film, and television. The Tony Award winner will assist aspiring artists, educators and experienced performers in the craft of singing, acting and storytelling.

Theatre Hall of Fame honoree and legendary Broadway star Betty Buckley will be offering a two month Spring Intensive Song Interpretation Workshop at The Modern Art Mu- seum of Fort Worth beginning April 15. The training will focus on preparations for Story Songs V, a concert to be presented in June, starring participants in the workshop.

Pete McGuinness, established NYC-based jazz trombonist, GRAMMY-nominated composer/arranger, award-winning jazz vocalist, and longtime jazz educator is slated to perform at Millersville University twice. Catch Pete McGuinness performing with the students of the MU Jazz Ensemble tonight, February 20 at 7:30 pm at the Winter Center on Millersville University's campus as part of 'Jazz at the Ville'. The Winter Center is located at 60 West Cottage Ave, Millersville.

Happy Birthday, Christopher Sieber! Sieber made his Broadway debut as Agis in the musical Triumph of Love with Betty Buckley and F. Murray Abraham. Following this role, he appeared as a replacement in the roles of Gaston in Beauty and the Beast, Trevor Graydon in Thoroughly Modern Millie and Billy Flynn in Chicago. Sieber played the role of Rapunzel's Prince and shared the role of the Wolf with Gregg Edelman in the revival of Into the Woods in 2002.
In March 2005, Sieber originated the role of Sir Dennis Galahad in the Broadway musical Monty Python's Spamalot. He starred as Lord Farquaad in Shrek the Musical which opened on Broadway on December 14, 2008, after an out-of-town tryout in Seattle. On March 11, 2011, Sieber replaced Jeffrey Tambor as Georges in the Broadway production of La Cage Aux Folles opposite Harvey Fierstein.
Gary Lloyd to Direct CARRIE THE MUSICAL at Southwark Playhouse This Summer

According to the Daily Mail, THRILLER LIVE's Gary Lloyd is set to helm Dean Pitchford, Michael Gore and Lawrence D. Cohen's revised version of CARRIE THE MUSICAL for Southwark Playhouse this summer. The show will begin May 1 for a four-week run. The team is planning on holding open auditions for the lead role.

Catch Pete McGuinness performing with the students of the MU Jazz Ensemble on Friday, February 20 at 7:30 pm at the Winter Center on Millersville University's campus as part of 'Jazz at the Ville'. Then, the following evening, Saturday, February 21 at 7:30 pm, Pete McGuinness returns, this time at the Ware Center and accompanied by the Steve Rudolph Trio, for an unforgettable Jazz in the Sky performance with in the Owen Salon, renamed this season in honor of Harvey Owen who retired as the Director of the Ware Center this past July.
Raven Theatre to Stage Midwest Premiere of Horton Foote's THE OLD FRIENDS in 2016

Michael Menendian, co-founding Artistic Director of Raven Theatre, has announced that Raven has been granted rights to mount the only new production of Horton Foote's The Old Friends since its World Premiere staging in fall 2013 by the Signature Theatre Company in New York. Raven Theatre's production will run January 27 to March 26, 2016, under Menendian's direction.
