Montblanc announced it will open its first U.S. pop-up shop during the Presidential Inauguration week in Washington, today, Jan. 18 to 22. Montblanc is partnering with the St. Regis hotel in Washington D.C., as well as publisher Thornwillow Press, to create an boutique. The in-lobby shop will offer a variety of leather goods, cuff links, signature pens and more. To celebrate President Obama's second inauguration, Montblanc is offering a bound book of Obama's first inaugural address.

The Vineyard Theatre proudly announces that its 30th Anniversary season will continue with the New York premiere production of THE NORTH POOL, a new play by Pulitzer Prize finalist and Vineyard's Paula Vogel Award-winning playwright Rajiv Joseph (BENGAL TIGER AT THE BAGHDAD ZOO), directed by Giovanna Sardelli (ANIMALS OUT OF PAPER). THE NORTH POOL, starring Stephen Barker Turner and Babak Tafti, will begin performances on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at The Vineyard (108 E. 15 St., between Irving Place and Union Square East). Zack Zadek is hosting a debut solo concert at Joe's Pub on January 28th. The 9:30 PM show will feature songs from Zack's hit musical "6" (NYMF), an intimate telling of six New Yorkers who, by six degrees of separation, unexpectedly alter each other's lives, and a sneak preview of his current project "The Crazy Ones," detailing the biography of Steve Jobs and the formation of Apple, Inc. through the rock and acoustic revolutions of the seventies.

Theater for the New City (Crystal Field, Executive Director) will present Lesser America's World Premiere of Nick Jones' (Jollyship the Whiz-bang with Ars Nova/The Public; The Coward with Lincoln Center) Trevor, February 28-March 17 at Theater for the New City (155 1st Avenue between 9th and 10th Street). Modern romance is more complex than any scientific problem ever in Itamar Moses's smart, sexy new comedy Completeness, receiving its Midwest premiere in a Theater Wit production at Theater Wit, 1229 W. The producers of the new musical Bare have announced the upcoming series of speakers for the January TalkOUT events. Audiences at select performances will be invited to stay after the show to participate in a discussion with some of the foremost leaders in the fight for LGBT equality. This month's special guests will include Ross Murray (GLAAD) with Missi Pyle (BARE's own 'Sister Joan'), Nathan Schaefer (Empire State Pride Agenda), Maggie Keenan-Bolger and Derrick Miller-Handley (The Point Foundation), Rabbi Michael Mellen, The Clementi Family (Tyler Clementi Foundation) and Taylor Trensch with Stafford Arima (BARE's 'Peter' and the show's director).
