The third season of HBO's hit comedy GIRLS is just around the corner, but fans can already get excited for a fourth season, which was just greenlit by the cable network

GIRLS Season 3 will kick off its 12-episode third season with a special presentation of two episodes back-to-back SUNDAY, JAN. 12(10:00-11:00 p.m. ET/PT), followed by other half-hour episodes on subsequent Sundays at the same time, only on HBO. I always look forward to seeing what Allison Williams wears at events because she always nails it for me. For someone so young and fresh, she really has the chic, classic, feminine thing down. Right out of the gate Williams has been a fashion force in an understated and sophisticated way but always knows when to sass it up. I really admire that about her and hope more girls took a page from her book.

Malin Akerman, Stephen Amell, Wayne Brady, Stephen Colbert, Chris Colfer, Lucy Hale, Matt LeBlanc, Stana Katic, Heidi Klum, Ross Mathews, Joseph Morgan, Meghan Ory, Ian Ziering, the coaches from “The Voice” and many more are scheduled to appear at THE 40TH ANNUAL PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARDS, to be broadcast live from the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles, Wednesday, Jan. 8 (9:00-11:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network. Hosted by Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs, stars of the CBS comedy 2 BROKE GIRLS, the live show will feature previously announced performances by Sara Bareilles, OneRepublic and Brad Paisley.

This picture of Allison Williams is a study in styling perfection. And Misha Nonoo has taken the classic black skirt and white blouse to a place I didn't even know it could go! She has managed to make the class full skirt sexy yet still demure and the white blouse architectural and slightly edgy. The pairing of Williams and Nonoo is magic.

No. 3 Oregon will visit No. 5 Stanford in Thursday's ESPN College Football Primetime on November 7, at 9 p.m. ET, in a matchup between the top two teams in the Pac-12 North division.

ABC's Saturday Night Football Presented by Windows on Saturday, November 2, at 8 p.m. ET, will showcase No. 7 Miami (Fla.) at No. 3 Florida State in a matchup between unbeaten ACC squads.

Last night, Marin Ireland, Sebastian Stan, Raviv Ullman, and GIRLS stars Zosia Mamet and Allison Williams led a benefit reading of Beth Henley's Pulitzer Prize winning play Crimes of the Heart for The New Group. The special event took place at 7pm in the Acorn Theatre (Theatre Row, 410 West 42nd Street). BroadwayWorld was there for the special event and you can check out photos below!

HBO has ordered an extra helping of Broadway's Andrew Rannells for GIRLS season three, according to Deadline. He will return as Elijah, Hannah's gay ex-boyfriend, and will become a series regular if Lena Dunham's comedy is picked up for a fourth season.
