Fisher Landau Center for Art is excited to announce 'LEGACY: Selections from Emily Fisher Landau's Gift to the Whitney Museum of American Art', on view through March 28th, 2016. Occupying the first floor gallery of the Center, the installation includes artwork by Andy Warhol, Cy Twombly, Agnes Martin, Mark Tansey, Richard Artschwager, Susan Rothenberg, John Baldessari, Barbara Kruger, Ed Ruscha, Annette Lemieux and Rudolf Stingel, curated from Mrs. Landau's historic pledge of over 400 artworks by nearly 100 artists.

New York|Miami… From today, December 3 through 6, 2015, Dominique Lévy will present You Must Go On. I Can't Go On. I'll Go On. in the gallery's booth (K11) at Art Basel Miami Beach. Featuring works by David Hammons, Robert Mangold, Agnes Martin, Senga Nengudi, Thomas Schütte, Frank Stella, Rudolf Stingel, Günther Uecker, and Christopher Wool, this exhibition explores how, with Minimalist painting in the 1960s, the medium reached an endgame, a breaking point. After critics and curators alike decried painting as dead, however, artists continued to create, to go on, pushing past the previously conceived limits of the medium.

Fifty Artists Gallery Announces New Collection from Mimi Chen Ting

Andrea Rosen Gallery is very pleased to announce that Cory Nomura, one of the gallery's directors, is moving to Gallery 2 to continue to broaden the significance of its exhibition programming, which has been an essential part of the gallery's history since its inception in 1999. In 2012, Gallery 2 grew into an autonomous exhibition space at 544 West 24th Street. It remains dedicated to presenting content-driven, experimental and historical one-time exhibitions. In his new role, Nomura will also provide Gallery 2 with an on-going directorial presence.
